2 Way SMS

Our two-way SMS messaging platform allows you to receive SMS from customers and send a response based on the content of the received SMS, through a dedicated virtual SMS number. The replies can be stored in the application inbox or your API or forwarded to a designated email address.

In order to receive the real-time SMS responses via our two-way SMS service, clients need to use short codes and long codes.

A few instances where 2 Way SMS can be used are:
